Prestige Crest is built on strong, modern U.S.-based cloud infrastructure, with protection of school information designed into the platform architecture. Each school’s information is kept separate, access is controlled by role and permission, and important actions are recorded.
How it works
- Each school stays separate
- One school cannot read another school’s information. This is enforced at the database level using row-level security, so altered cross-school requests are refused.
- Owner precedence
- Delegated permissions can never out-rank the school owner.
- Least privilege
- Teachers act within their teaching scope; finance and results authorities are separate.
- Exam confidentiality
- Answer keys never reach pupil devices.
- Audit trails
- Extensions, finance actions and approvals are recorded.
- Signed-out protection
- Internal school logic is unreachable without an authenticated session.
- School information is not AI training data
- Your school’s records and information are not used to train AI models.
Where intelligence helps
Prestige Crest may use AI to work with authorised school information within approved workflows — such as lesson preparation, examinations, marking and school intelligence — but that information remains school data and is not used to train AI models.
Who stays in control
Access decisions are made by the school’s authorised people. Sensitive actions require the appropriate authority, and AI does not bypass the school’s approval process.
