Each school's data belongs to that school

Each school’s information is kept separate. One school cannot read another school’s pupils, staff, results or finances — including through direct or altered requests.

That separation is enforced at the database level using row-level security. Inside a school, access follows granular, server-enforced roles and permissions. Families see only records that belong to them.

Consequential actions are recorded

Approvals, publications, payments, deletions and access changes are written to an audit trail with the actor, target and time.

Platform support access to a school is explicit, time-limited, scoped to one school and visible in that audit trail.

AI can assist the work without turning school information into training data

Your school’s records and information are not used to train AI models.

Prestige Crest may use AI to work with authorised school information within approved workflows — such as lesson preparation, examinations, marking and school intelligence — but that information remains school data. It is not used to train AI models.

AI-assisted work uses authorised school material and stays under role and permission controls. Generated content is held for review, sensitive information is verified where required, and AI does not bypass the school’s approval process.
